It’s a second for Hitchin (since our first sold out) – a lettings conference organised by D + J Lettings to keep landlords and buy-to-let investors informed and up-to-date with what is happening in the market. We are focusing on the industry and the local lettings market and you will be able to see how this relates to you and how you can plan for the changes that are coming.

A new speaker added to our line-up is talking on the subject of ‘the inheritance tax trap’ and you will be getting all the latest information on legislation, tax changes mortgage criteria changes and much more. We have an action-packed agenda and no doubt there will be some lively Q&A sessions with the opportunity to chat informally with the speakers and with landlords at the end over a buffet lunch.

Whether you are a one-property landlord, multi-property landlord, thinking about buy-to-let investment, inherited a house you want to rent, or even looking at going abroad and want to keep your house and rent, this conference will DEFINITELY give you an insight into what is happening and practical steps you can take for your future.
